As a certified CPD accredited menopause practitioner – we’ll take a deep dive together on all that’s bothering you, big or small – looking at physical issues, your health history, your mindset, routines and habits and your environment – diet, lifestyle, stressors – everything, so I can help you to gain a deep understanding of your menopause, joining the dots between your symptoms and what’s happening in the body. Showing you a positive, clearer and stronger way forward.

What kinds of solutions do I offer?

Menopause consulting can support you in many ways….a few are listed below but all recommendations are personal to everyone:-

  • Joining the dots on all your personal health niggles – from childhood health issues, contraception, reproductive health and any adjacent complaints such as endometriosis/ adenomyosis, fibroids, period problems etc

  • Guidance and accountability around developing activity/exercise routines

How do we get started?

The more information I have from you the better I can help you to bring your health back on track. Prior to the initial consultation you will receive a detailed questionnaire, food diary, and my terms of business.
During the initial consultation I will ask you questions to expand on this information so that I can create a tailored therapy plan that best suits your needs. If necessary, I may recommend laboratory tests to deepen the knowledge we have of your body.
Following analysis I will design a personalised programme from my range of resources to help empower and enable you to navigate your way through your personal menopause journey, this includes coaching and mentoring, as well as education and awareness:-

  • A bespoke detailed overview of what’s going on – joining all the dots and educating you on what I feel is happening in the body and manifesting in your complaints
  • Tailored nutrition plan with information on the right foods for you
  • Lifestyle recommendations and actions to take
  • A personalised supplement regime tailored directly to your needs and health goals

Initial Consultation: The Download

– £95 (121 Online or in person /60 mins)

Review of detailed health questionnaire /forms – and development of your tailored health report and recommendations:

– £395-€695 (depending on complexities and number of issues to address/ to be agreed after initial review so there are no surprises)

Optional secondary / follow-up consultation and discussion of your health recommendations:

– £75 (121 Online or in person (45 mins)

Block of three follow-up/ accountancy sessions/ if booked in advance

– £200 (To be used within 16 weeks)
